Executive Producer / Business Manager

  • Displays above-average competence in managing project business and ensures healthy profitability of such
  • Displays sound mastery of job function and role as Executive Producer on a per-project basis

Executive Producer / Business Head

At least 5 to 8 years of experience as Executive Producer in Video Production House, Creative House or the Advertising Industry.

  • Displays high-level competence in managing project business and ensures healthy profitability of such
  • Displays sound mastery of job function and role as Executive Producer on a per-project basis
  • Displays sound competence in generating creative (content) and production business leads in all existing and emerging video forms (eg broadcast content, TVCs, digital)
  • Displays commendable consistency in achieving charted targets
  • Displays sound business acumen by way of growing businesses organically
  • Displays the best practices of time and priority management by performing Business Head role to projects handled by other personnel in the Business Development Group
  • Displays superb knowledge of the business, its needs and its management by providing counsel to personnel of the Business Development Group on a per-project basis
  • Has high-level performance that shows actions are aligned with the organization’s business thrusts: creative (content) and production
  • Has superb individual contribution to the organization’s Expanded Management Committee (Expanded ManComm) that will grow and protect the business and the overall business targets
  • Has seasoned expertise that manifests in actively supporting Management Rep who champions the organization’s marketing strategy in planning and implementation

Client Services Group Head

With at least 8 years cumulative Agency experience as an Accounts person (last position held as such could either be Account Supervisor, Group Account Supervisor, Associate Business Unit Head, Business Unit Head, Associate Division Head)

  • Proven track record of strong business development capacity by bringing in clients and growing them organically
  • Excellent business management by getting Clients, ensuring long-term engagement and hitting group’s Gross Profit targets
  • Above-average competence in managing projects, accounts and ensures healthy profitability of such
  • Sound mastery of job function and role as Client Services Group Head
  • Competence in generating creative leads in varied existing and emerging video forms (e.g., broadcast content, TVCs, digital)
  • Satisfactory business acumen by way of growing businesses organically
  • Practice of time and priority management by performing support role to projects assigned to other personnel of the Client Services Group
  • Has high-level grasp of project business, its needs and its management by demonstrating ability to work on such with very minimal to zero supervision 
  • Shows sound Client management by providing Clients group initiatives like Brand Reviews, regular marketing plan sharing, offering pro-active creative solutions that translate to revenues for the group
  • Has good grasp of Client’s business as shown in sharply-written briefs, intuitive Client counsel discussions and extensive brand and product knowledge 
  • Shows promise of heading a growing group as evident by good mentorship to direct-reports, healthy collaboration with group creatives and high-confidence Client feedback
  • Exhibits pro-active business management by keeping CDG rate cards competitive, cost / charges fair and meritorious and creating new revenue streams

Client Services Group Manager

With at least one (1) year cumulative Agency experience as an Accounts person (last position held as such could either be Senior Account Executive or Account Manager)

  • Has mastered basic account management and client servicing skills and can potentially bring in his / her / their own set of clients
  • Above-average business management by getting Clients, ensuring long-term engagement and hitting group’s Gross Profit targets
  • Competence in managing projects, accounts and ensures healthy profitability of such
  • Competence in generating creative leads in varied existing and emerging video forms (e.g., broadcast content, TVCs, digital)
  • Satisfactory business acumen by way of growing businesses organically
  • Has above-average grasp of project business, its needs and its management by demonstrating ability to work on such with very minimal to zero supervision 
  • Shows sound Client management by providing Clients group initiatives like Brand Reviews, regular marketing plan sharing, offering pro-active creative solutions that translate to revenues for the group
  • Has good grasp of Client’s business as shown in sharply-written briefs, intuitive Client counsel discussions and extensive brand and product knowledge

Business Development Associate

  • Provide valuable assistance to our Executive Producers covering all aspects of the sales process to maintain efficiency and effectiveness, prepare essential business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other pertinent documents
  • Skillfully manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines without compromise
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with diverse levels of management, staff, and clients, fostering positive and enduring relationships
  • Proactively identify promising business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand business reach
  • Analyze sales data meticulously to glean valuable insights, which will inform and optimize marketing strategies
  • Cultivate and nurture client and agency relationships, ensuring mutual satisfaction and continued collaboration
  • Coordinate and execute all business development activities with precision, adhering to timelines for successful outcomes
