Client Services Group Head
With at least 8 years cumulative Agency experience as an Accounts person (last position held as such could either be Account Supervisor, Group Account Supervisor, Associate Business Unit Head, Business Unit Head, Associate Division Head)
- Proven track record of strong business development capacity by bringing in clients and growing them organically
- Excellent business management by getting Clients, ensuring long-term engagement and hitting group’s Gross Profit targets
- Above-average competence in managing projects, accounts and ensures healthy profitability of such
- Sound mastery of job function and role as Client Services Group Head
- Competence in generating creative leads in varied existing and emerging video forms (e.g., broadcast content, TVCs, digital)
- Satisfactory business acumen by way of growing businesses organically
- Practice of time and priority management by performing support role to projects assigned to other personnel of the Client Services Group
- Has high-level grasp of project business, its needs and its management by demonstrating ability to work on such with very minimal to zero supervision
- Shows sound Client management by providing Clients group initiatives like Brand Reviews, regular marketing plan sharing, offering pro-active creative solutions that translate to revenues for the group
- Has good grasp of Client’s business as shown in sharply-written briefs, intuitive Client counsel discussions and extensive brand and product knowledge
- Shows promise of heading a growing group as evident by good mentorship to direct-reports, healthy collaboration with group creatives and high-confidence Client feedback
- Exhibits pro-active business management by keeping CDG rate cards competitive, cost / charges fair and meritorious and creating new revenue streams
