Business Head / Executive Producer

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Displays high-level competence in managing project business and ensures healthy profitability of such
  • Displays sound mastery of job function and role as Executive Producer on a per-project basis
  • Displays sound competence in generating creative (content) and production business leads in all existing and emerging video forms (eg broadcast content, TVCs, digital)
  • Displays commendable consistency in achieving charted targets
  • Displays sound business acumen by way of growing businesses organically
  • Displays the best practices of time and priority management by performing Business Head role to projects handled by other personnel in the Business Development Group
  • Displays superb knowledge of the business, its needs and its management by providing counsel to personnel of the Business Development Group on a per-project basis
  • Has high-level performance that shows actions are aligned with the organization’s business thrusts: creative (content) and production
  • Has superb individual contribution to the organization’s Expanded Management Committee (Expanded ManComm) that will grow and protect the business and the overall business targets
  • Has seasoned expertise that manifests in actively supporting Management Rep who champions the organization’s marketing strategy in planning and implementation

Associate Creative Director (Copy-based)

Start Date: October / November 2022

  • At least 8 years combined work experience as a multi-genre, multi-length, multi-platform copy-based creative (at least Creative Group Head/Creative Team Head level of 3 years or an Associate Creative Director level of less than a year) from a creative agency and/or a broadcast network and/or a film studio and/or a digital creative shop
  • Should have a good track record for winning pitches and good client rapport, a good portfolio, a good mix of awards

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Displays the highest level of expertise in leading the Copy cluster of the CDG
  • Displays superb consistency in proposing ideas that are in accordance within the creative strategy, appropriate to the client and product, developed effectively given the time and budget resources and win creative recognition
  • Superb level of mastery of technique and style that manifests in different content and creatively-written forms and genres
  • High-satisfactory in leading team assigned for the generation and creation of content that results to at least 30% batting average for all pitches led or championed
  • Superb ability as a lead person for discipline-specific tasks, clearly communicates complex solutions and effectively manages expectations
  • High-consistency in timely organization and leading of CDG meetings, including developing agendas and keeping meeting minutes to be shared with the Expanded Mancomm
  • Has superb ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise, compelling and captivating presentations
  • High-satisfactory of credibility in contacts with Clients and builds their confidence in the company’s ability to meet their needs by offering sound recommendations and able to manage Client responses to presentations by confirming understanding of key points, resolving questions and concerns and overcoming their objections
  • Superb ability to craft a strategic, clear and time-bound CDG plan, along with superior, and is able to meet its targets
  • High-satisfactory of knowledge-transer among Art Creatives and recommends special training for such as justified by both personnel and company needs
  • High-consistency in helping elevate creative quality of the output of the CDG as recognized by various creative, craft and effectiveness awards shows
  • Has superb willingness to accept different kinds of assignments and quantity of work
  • Superb performance of other tasks as delegated by immediate superior
