Content Creative Art Director

Job Description

  • Interprets Client and Director’s vision fast and effectively: has the ability to translate it to sold design concept
  • Develops concepts grounded on the agreed direction, the Director’s creative vision and sound visual strategy
  • Demonstrate exceptional visual acuity by offering ideas that can readily be visualized and dramatized
  • Clarifies assignment so that rework and effort spend in developing appropriate ideas are minimal
  • Clearly conveys the features of an idea so that colleagues gain in accurate image. Explains the rationale for an idea and its benefits fully and concisely
  • Sets priorities and manages workload so that assignments are completed within need or expected time frames
  • Ensures that finished work meets quality standards
  • Accepts and constructively use guidance and direction from the senior creatives and the director to improve quality of work, but displays the ability to operate effectively without close supervision
  • Ensures assets produced meet technical requirements and standards of the studio
  • Superb ability to come up with and develop original content
  • Ability to create and produce award-winning content

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant position
  • Strong idea generation and storyboarding skills
  • Good visual and craft acuity

Senior Editor

A senior offline editor who can do online work.
A storyteller in edits and a narrator of concepts.

Job Description

  • Sets priorities and manages workload so that assignments are completed within need or expected time frames
  • Ensures that finished work meets quality standards
  • Accepts and constructively use guidance and direction from the senior creatives and the director to improve quality of work, but displays the ability to operate effectively without close supervision
  • Spearheading a project by coming up with a game plan along with the editors involved; deciding which software/hardware to use, how the project will be executed and how the work will be distributed, as per supervisor’s approval
  • Being involved in research and development
  • Is able to create and produce award-winning work

Qualifications

  • Has 3-5 years’ experience as an Editor in offline and online
  • Strong generation skills
  • Good visual narrative acuity

Senior Production Manager

  • Displays high-level mastery of job functions and roles of Production Manager and Production Assistant in all existing and emerging video forms (eg broadcast content, film, TVC, digital)
  • Displays high-level leadership and management of personnel assigned on a per-project basis
  • Displays high-level consistency in achieving beyond-charted targets figures
  • Displays satisfactory business acumen by way of efficient and smart production spending
  • Displays the best practices of time and priority management by performing supporting role to projects handled by other personnel in the Service Group
  • Displays high-level knowledge of assigned projects, their needs and management and can perform with very minimal to zero supervision
  • Has high-level performance that shows actions are aligned with the organization’s business thrusts: creative (content) and production
  • Has unwavering will that manifests in actively supporting the Service Group milestones cascaded by the immediate superior and the Management Rep who oversee the Service Group

Here at Go Motion, we are continuously looking to support interns kick-start their careers.  We are on the look-out for interns that thrive in an environment that is dynamic, hands on and fast paced.  And most importantly: someone who is adventurous in their approach and driven to develop.

We currently have an opportunity for an Intern within our Production team to support and learn both from a creative as well as a production management perspective.

Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate taking Communications, Multimedia Arts, Visual Arts, Film and other related courses to the field
  • Can report three to five consecutive days per week
  • Eagerness to learn current systems and work with team to gain deeper understanding
  • Strong project and time management skills with a proven capacity to focus on priorities, solve difficulties, juggle several tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding written, oral, and email communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent social and administrative skills
